What We Expect from Our Tenants:

We ask that you treat the property with care and respect, as if it were your own home. This includes looking after the property and handling minor maintenance issues that fall within your ability. Examples of such tasks tenants are expected to manage include:

Replacing light bulbs

Changing batteries in smoke alarms, doorbells, and thermostats

Tightening loose screws, such as on indoor handles

Checking and replacing fuses if they trip

Cleaning mould if it appears

Additionally, if you feel confident and can safely carry out other small repairs without risking harm to yourself or damage to the property, we encourage you to do so.
